Appointments

Appointments are required and can be scheduled online via our booking app. A consultation may be required for first-time color, extension, or corrective services. 
We offer virtual consults via text or video call.
Please note: To ensure a safe, relaxing studio environment, only the guest receiving the service may attend the appointment. Children and additional guests are not permitted unless they have their own appointment.
 

Cancellations & No-Shows

We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service.

• Future appointments may require full prepayment after a missed appointment.

We value your time and appreciate the same consideration for ours.

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a modified service to remain on schedule. Full-service pricing may still apply.
 

Service Guarantee

Your happiness is our priority. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can evaluate and make any appropriate adjustments.

Because every service is customized, refunds are not offered on completed services.
 

Hair Color & Chemical Services

To protect the health and integrity of your hair, we reserve the right to decline any chemical service that may cause excessive damage.

Please inform your stylist of:

• Previous color history

• Box dye use

• Hair treatments

• Allergies or sensitivities

• Pregnancy or medications that may affect services

Hair Extension Services

Extension appointments require a consultation before booking.

To maintain your investment:

• Follow all home care instructions.

• Schedule maintenance appointments as recommended.

• Use professional products approved by your stylist.

We cannot guarantee extensions that have been altered or maintained outside our salon.
