Policies + Cancellations
If for some reason your outcome isn't how you envisioned after going over what is achievable in your session, we are happy to offer an adjustment within one week of your appointment.
It is required to cancel/reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel after the 24 hour timeframe you will be charged a cancellation fee (which is 50% of your scheduled service). If not paid, we will not book you any future appointments.

No show appointments will result in not being able to
rebook future appointments.
Extension Policies
-Any adjustments in the first two weeks of installation will be complimentary. After the two weeks a fee will be charged for any adjustments as it's the clients responsibility to follow the maintenance guidelines.
-Client is responsible for the upkeep and routine at home maintenance of their hair extensions.
-To maintain healthy extensions appointments are required every 6-8 weeks for move ups.
-Maintenance guidelines include: using a sulfate-free products, frequent brushing, fully blowdrying the top of the wefts, wearing a loose braid to sleep, sleeping on satin pillow case, softly brushing from the ends moving up the hair avoiding the top of the weft, and getting move ups every 6-8 weeks.
-The extension hair will fade overtime. When it does we offer to color melt them for a fee. The fee will depend of amount of product used and time. (the extension hair can have color deposited but not lightened*)
-The extension hair if properly cared for can last up to 12 months. After that new hair will need to be purchased by the client.
-As the stylist, we have a right to refuse extension services if we do not believe the client is a good match for the installation.
